SS Consultancy is a recruitment consultancy supporting businesses in Pune, Maharashtra. You can reach us through the contact page.

What we collect

We collect the details you choose to send us through the hiring enquiry and candidate forms. For employers this is your name, work email, company, a phone number if you give one, what you are hiring for, and a job description if you attach one. For candidates this is your name, email, a phone number if you give one, the role you are looking for, your experience, your city if you give it, and your CV if you attach one.

Please do not include ID numbers, bank details or other sensitive information in your message or attachment. This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and keep in touch about it
• To consider candidates for relevant roles and to contact them about those roles
• To understand a hiring requirement and search for suitable candidates

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our Google Sheets and Google Drive accounts, where Google acts as a service provider. Access is limited to people at SS Consultancy who need it to deal with your enquiry.

Who we share it with

We share a candidate’s details with an employer only in connection with a role we are discussing with that candidate. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep details for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and delete them on request where we are able to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond.
